Love burgundy for fall... 🍁🍂 After a busy year focusing on @doctorcontour.clinic with 100% dedication to aesthetic medicine and my work as an aesthetic doctor, I decided it was time to bring back some fashion blogging on the side as a hobby. That’s why I’ve created an ‘intermezzo blog post’ where I’m sharing 5 fall outfits I’ll wear this autumn! 👗

For those who don’t know, I’ve been fashion blogging since 2017, alongside my life as a medical student.👩‍⚕️Lately, it’s been on my mind a lot, especially as I’ve been so focused on my career as an aesthetic doctor. At first, I thought I’d stop fashion altogether because I worried people wouldn’t take me seriously as a doctor (oh, the prejudices…), but now I’ve decided to just be authentically myself—that’s what makes me happiest! 😃

Most of my patients know I’m extremely dedicated to aesthetic medicine💉 and that it’s something I’m busy with almost 24/7, but I’ve also decided it doesn’t have to be my only identity. I’ll always be the ‘aesthetic doctor and fashionista in one,’ whenever I have the time and feel inspired, of course 🙃😉

🇳🇱Ik was uitgenodigd voor de eerste editie van @thebb.event afgelopen vrijdag in Rotterdam, een bijeenkomst waar gedreven vrouwen samenkomen om elkaar te inspireren en te versterken. 💪 Het was een dag vol krachtige talks van bijzondere vrouwen die hun ervaringen en inzichten deelden. ✨

🇬🇧I was invited to the first edition of @thebb.event last Friday in Rotterdam, a gathering where driven women come together to inspire and empower each other. 💪 It was a day filled with powerful talks from remarkable women sharing their experiences and insights.✨

🇳🇱Er zijn twee veelvoorkomende misvattingen over fillers:  1️⃣ Sommige mensen overschatten het effect van kleine hoeveelheden filler en verwachten drastische veranderingen van slechts 1-2 ml. Maar wist je dat 2 ml niet eens een klein theelepeltje vult? Wanneer het over meerdere zones wordt verdeeld, blijft het effect subtiel—niet extreem.  2️⃣ Anderen zijn bang voor fillers vanwege “pillowface.” Maar pillowface ontstaat door verkeerd gebruik, niet door fillers op zich. Strategische plaatsing met oog voor balans zorgt voor natuurlijke resultaten.
